Name:  Nevin's Brickellbush (Brickellia nevinii)

Family:  Sunflower (Asteraceae)

Flowering Season:  September thru November

Notes:  A native shrub, its small, heart-shaped leaves seem to overlap one another at times. Grows to 3 feet.
