Name:  California Fuchsia (Epilobium canum)

Family:  Evening Primrose (Onagracaeae)

Flowering Season:  July thru November

Notes:  A native perennial, it is distinguishable by its brilliantly-colored red, tubelike flowers.  Grows to a height of 1-3 feet.
