Name:  Purple Nightshade (Solanum xanti)

Family:  Nightshade (Solanaceae)

Flowering Season:  January thru May

Notes:  A native sub-shrub, it has pentagonal purple flowers.  All parts of the plant are toxic.  Grows to 5 feet.
